The end of our first summer.

Blessed with amazingly warm weather we end our first summer with another successful week with a group of 7 friends/guests celebrating a birthday and friendship, testing our bread oven, baking bread pizza and oven-baked prawns in garlic and white wine. They even braved the pool before we closed it for the season. Also enjoying a delicious meal at the Auberge Le St Jean in Nanteuil En Vallee. All in all a great success.
